EZ HPS Services LLC is family-owned and based in Lake Katrine, New York. We have been working in this region since 2018, and the people who started the company brought more than sixteen years in the trades with them.
We built the business the slow way — one job at a time, mostly on referrals — and we deliberately kept it broad. Plumbing, heating and cooling, septic, electrical and water treatment. In a house these systems are not really separate. A failing water softener silently ruins a water heater. A septic system that has been overloaded backs up into a basement where the electrical panel is mounted low on the wall. Being able to look at all of it means we solve the actual problem instead of the symptom we were called about.
We do not subcontract. The technicians who arrive at your door are our employees, on our insurance, trained on the equipment we install — including factory certification on Bosch and Navien systems. When something goes wrong, you are not told to call a third party. You call us and we deal with it.
We also tell people the truth about money. Free estimates on installations. A stated diagnostic fee on service calls, credited if you go ahead. After-hours rates given on the phone. Financing available on larger work. Nobody should be guessing what a visit costs.
Most of our work is homes, but we also look after commercial properties — restaurants, small buildings, rental units and property managers who need one accountable number instead of five. We also do pre-purchase assessments for buyers, sellers and real-estate agents who want an honest read on the plumbing, heating, septic, electrical and water systems before a deal closes.
