How we handle the information you give us.

When you call us, email us or submit a form, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the address or town where the work is needed, and a description of the problem. If you become a customer we also keep records of the work performed, the equipment installed and the amounts invoiced.
We use it to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, keep warranty records, and contact you about your service. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
By giving us your phone number and consenting, you agree we may call or text you about your request and about the work. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or telling us on the phone.
This website records anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed and actions taken such as tapping a phone number or submitting a form — so we can understand how people find us. It is not used to identify you personally.
We keep service and billing records for as long as required for tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep, by emailing Office@EZHPS.com.
