Estimates on replacement and installation work are free. For diagnostic work — finding out why a boiler is short-cycling, why a drain keeps backing up, or why water pressure dropped — there is a diagnostic fee that we credit toward the repair if you go ahead. We tell you the number before we start, not after.
Yes. Emergency crews run for plumbing, heating, septic and water treatment. When you call after hours a dispatcher answers and gives you a realistic arrival window. We would rather tell you three hours and arrive in three than promise forty-five minutes and leave you waiting.
Yes. Financing is available on larger work — heating and AC replacement, septic systems, panel upgrades and major repiping. Instead of one lump sum you pay monthly. Ask when you call and we will walk you through the application before any work is scheduled.
Our own crew. We do not subcontract the work and put a stranger's name on our invoice. The people who show up at your door are the people we hired, trained and insured.

The lowest quote usually means a permit that was never pulled, a part without a warranty, or a crew that will not answer the phone when the same problem comes back in March. We would rather lose the job on price than do work we would not put in our own house.
